Am I crazy or just out of touch?

Secretary of the Treasurer Banks Throw Weight Behind Paulson Covered-Bond Plan (Update4)

July 28 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of America Corp., Citigroup Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo & Co. threw their support behind Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson's effort to spur covered bonds as a new source of mortgage financing.
This story sounds so familiar. It just about endorses my BOND Plan for NewLife Gardens… In case you overlooked a few things.
